A 21-year-old California man charged with exposing himself to women in separate downtown State College apartments now faces possible trial on the charges.

Chase M. Carmody, of San Diego, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday on felony charges stemming from the case.

State College police arrested Carmody last week after he allegedly walked naked into separate rooms in the Palmerton apartment building on West Beaver Avenue.

Carmody faces felony burglary and criminal trespass charges, and misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure and open lewdness.
