Penn State police investigating racially motivated vandalism on campus

Penn State police are investigating two incidents of racially motivated vandalism this week in residence halls on campus.

Police said someone spray painted a racially motivated message in a stairwell in Brumbaugh Hall sometime between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday. The same day in Shunk Hall, someone used a permanent marker to write a similar message on a bulletin board between 8 p.m. and 12:15 a.m. Tuesday, police said.
