One man was airlifted to a Geisinger hospital after a vehicle crash, according to state police at Rockview.
The crash occurred at 2:22 p.m. Friday on Eagle Valley Road in Liberty Township.
Harry Kennedy, 65, of Pine Grove Mills, was southbound on Marsh Creek Road, just north of North Eagle Valley Road. Police said Kennedy drove through an intersection, which had a “clearly posted stop sign,” and his 1993 Oldsmobile Eighty-Eight hit a 2011 Dodge Ram.
Nevin Hosterman, 56, of Howard, was the driver of the truck and had the right of way, according to police.
Authorities said Kennedy suffered serious injuries and was airlifted from the scene. His passenger, a 14-year-old boy, was taken to Lock Haven Hospital with minor injuries. Hosterman, who sustained minor injuries, was not taken to a hospital.
