Centre County festivalgoers have their pick Thursday, with the Central Pennsylvania of the Arts, People’s Choice Festival of Pennsylvania Arts & Crafts and Heritage Days all up and running. Below is a list of some of the dozens of performers and activities you’ll be able to find at each festival.
