County commissioners approved a formal contract Tuesday between the county and Caliber Contracting Services Inc. for the second phase of work on the Temple Court project.
Totaling $3.1 million, Caliber is slated to complete a “substantial” part of the construction within 240 days of commencement.
Completion of phase one, which was scheduled for the end of 2014, was delayed due to weather and delivery issues, Vice Chairman Chris Exarchos said.
Some facade work needs to be completed before phase one crews can leave the premises, he said.
