A judge found a Bellefonte man guilty of several charges after a non-jury trial Thursday, according to the Centre County District Attorney’s Office.
William Kephart, 42, was arrested by Bellefonte police in January on charges of simple assault, making terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and harassment charges. Kephart was accused by police of screaming profanities at his ex-wife and pulling a knife on her after an argument over $50, according to court documents.
Senior Judge David E. Grine found Kephart on all counts. Sentencing is scheduled for August 24.
