No injuries were reported when an SUV rolled over along U.S. Route 322 in Rush Township on Friday.
Philipsburg Fire Department Chief Jeff Harris said the driver was driving too fast for conditions when the SUV left the road and traveled into a dirt embankment. The SUV then appeared to have hit a concrete storm drain, flipping the vehicle on its side.
The driver refused treatment from EMS personnel. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
