State College police received complaints Monday from residents about a bulk mailing sent from a Blair County man.
The letter, titled “The Real American Recovery Project,” is four pages long and was sent from an East Freedom address. It appears to have been mailed to other parts of Centre County, State College police Sgt. Todd Scholton said.
Although the letter was of concern to some, Scholton said there is nothing illegal about the mailing.
Scholton said he contacted Freedom Township Police Department, and officers there are aware of the writer.

He has reportedly sent similar bulk mailings before, in Blair County and to Bedford and Cambria counties, Scholton said.
