Inmate says he lied about sexual harassment

An inmate at Houtzdale state prison recently recanted a statement he made about being sexually harassed by a staff member at the prison.

Gregory Lee Wilson, 57, told police that a maintenance worker asked to see his privates parts in exchange for a spot on the maintenance crew. Prison authorities reported the allegation to state police at Clearfield under the Prison Rape Elimination Act of 2003.

Wilson later told investigators that his allegation was false.
