Man robs pharmacy for drugs, police say

State police at Clearfield are investigating an alleged robbery.

A pharmacist at City Drugs of Curwensville told police that at about 3:20 p.m. Tuesday a white man entered the store and said he wanted a bottle of Percocet. The man then showed the pharmacist that he had a handgun; the pharmacist gave the man a bottle of the drug; and the man fled the scene.

Police are searching for the man, who is about 5 feet 8 inches tall. He was wearing blue jeans, a camouflaged shirt, boots, a hat and an orange rain coat.
