A Uniontown man was charged with trespassing and criminal mischief after police said he caused $6,000 in damage to an unoccupied Vairo Boulevard apartment over the weekend.
Joshua Woods, 20, was arraigned late Sunday and jailed in the Centre County Correctional Facility on $15,000 straight bail.
Patton Township police said management at the Vairo Village apartment complex discovered the damage at 10 Vairo Blvd. on Sunday morning and determined someone had gotten into the apartment overnight.
Woods is scheduled for a preliminary hearing next week on the two felony counts.
