Charges are pending against the 30-year-old Milesburg man who was found unconscious in a bathroom in the McDonald’s next to the Nittany Mall on Thursday night.
State College police Lt. Mark Argiro said the man, whose name was not released, could face possession of paraphernalia charges.
Police said the man was found passed out around 6:05 p.m. They said Friday that they think he overdoesd on heroin.
Police reportedly found a syringe and folded spoon clenched in the man’s hand.

Argiro said EMS personnel revived the man and transported him to Mount Nittany Medical Center.
Test results on the paraphernalia could take a few weeks to come in.
