A Julian woman was charged with driving under the influence and resisting arrest after a traffic stop Sunday.
State police in Philipsburg said that Rebecca Corl, 41, was observed driving north on state Route 3040 in Huston Township in an “extremely erratic and unsafe manner.”
She was arrested for DUI after the 1:10 a.m. traffic stop and transported to Mount Nittany Medical Center. While at the hospital, she became belligerent and uncooperative, according to police.
Corl was not incarcerated pending an upcoming preliminary hearing.
