Jury acquits State College man in assault case

Centre County District Attorney Stacy Parks Miller announced Friday that Dustin Blair Emel, 20, of State College, was found not guilty by a jury on Thursday.

Emel was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and reckless endangerment. The charges stemmed from a November custody exchange.
