A Sabinsville man was arrested Monday on Interstate 80.
State police at Rockview say they received reports about an erratic driver in the eastbound lanes in Boggs Township. Troopers detained the operator, Todd Elvis Putman, 51. A check of his identity showed “several outstanding warrants” in Pennsylvania.
After Putman was taken into custody, police searched his vehicle and turned up drug paraphernalia, which was seized.
Putman was arraigned on charges of paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license. He was placed in Centre County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 bail.
