The Penn State student accused of making terroristic threats on social media waived his right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday, according to court documents.
Jong Shim, 20, of Tinton Falls, N.J., was arrested Oct. 12 after he allegedly posted on the Yik Yak social media app that he would shoot people at the HUB-Robeson Center on campus.
Shim is also charged with disorderly conduct.
