State College police released statistics on the types of calls received this past weekend, a time period that encompassed Halloween and and the home football game against Maryland.
From 6 p.m. Friday to 6 a.m. Sunday, the department responded to 224 calls, police said. Of those, 58 were non-traffic citations including 16 minors law, 14 public drunkenness and 11 public urination citations, according to police. State College police also made three DUI arrests and responded to 19 calls in which medical assistance for alcohol was required.
Police are investigating seven assaults that occurred over the weekend, according to the report.
