Pine Grove Mills man arrested for alleged road rage incident

A Pine Grove Mills man is in custody after a suspected road rage incident Saturday.

Ryan Baxendell, 26, is accused of allegedly pointing a handgun at someone after an argument in the parking lot of Fine Wine and Good Spirits, 1690 N. Atherton St., according to a release from Patton Township police

Baxendell was arrested at his home later in the day, police said. He was arraigned before District Judge Leslie Dutchcot on charges of making terroristic threats, simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment. He is held at Centre County Correctional Facility on $15,000 cash bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.
