Aitken was charged with three counts of delivery of heroin, four counts of possession with intent to deliver heroin, four counts of possession of heroin, a count of criminal conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver heroin and a count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
State police at Philipsburg and the bureau’s K-9 unit assisted, and the investigation is continuing, police said.
