A Maryland man is in jail, accused of attacking a woman Sunday.

Craig Neely, 24, of Ellicott City, Md., is suspected by State College police of entering the woman’s Prospect Avenue apartment about 4:40 a.m. Sunday and assaulting her, police said. He also took a cellphone and computer from the apartment before being apprehended, police said. Alcohol was a factor, police said.
