A Lawrence County man faces felony rape charges stemming from an incident in February.
Ronald Cramer III, 27, of New Wilmington, was arraigned before District Judge Carmine Prestia on Thursday, charged with one count each of rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and sexual assault.
The reported incident occurred at about 2 a.m. Feb. 15, according to police. Cramer was at the Saloon in State College with two friends, and they invited two women to an apartment on East College Avenue, police said. The women agreed. Cramer is accused of raping one of the women in the bathroom of the apartment, according to police.
Cramer was released on $75,000 unsecured bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 20.
