State College police arrest N.Y. man on marijuana charges

A New York man is in custody after police found him to be in possession of more than 40 grams of marijuana.

State College police obtained an arrest warrant for Keian Sealy, 25, of Brooklyn, N.Y., on Monday after two controlled buys of pot, one last month and another last week, according to police.

Officers observed Sealy leave a residence Monday at The Retreat on Waupelani Drive and stopped him in his vehicle on the 300 block of West Nittany Avenue. A search yielded 44.6 grams of suspected marijuana, some of which was packaged identically to the marijuana sold during the controlled buys, police said.

Sealy was arraigned before District Judge Allen Sinclair on Monday on charges of possession with intent to deliver and a misdemeanor possession charge.

He is being held at Centre County Correctional Facility on $25,000 bail.
