A Philadelphia man is facing charges after getting into a fight at a State College apartment.
Alonzo Middleton, 21, was with another man at a woman’s East Beaver Avenue apartment when the fight broke out, police said. After the two men refused to leave the apartment, a “physical altercation ensued” during which Middleton allegedly choked the woman, police said.
Middleton was arraigned Friday before District Judge Allen Sinclair, according to court documents. Bail was set at $25,000, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.
Middleton remains confined at the Centre County Correctional Facility, according to court documents, charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and disorderly conduct.
