A Massachusetts man faces drug charges after a search of his residence earlier this week.
Ferguson Township police and officers with the Centre County Drug Task Force arrested Nicholas Franceschelli, 24, Tuesday after executing a search warrant at his apartment, according to police. The search yielded about 25 grams of suspected marijuana, pills and about $5000, according to court documents.
Additional charges were filed stemming from incidents in 2013. He is accused of selling marijuana to an undercover officer, according to police.
Franceschelli was arraigned before District Judge Leslie Dutchcot Wednesday morning. He is held at Centre County Correctional Facility in lieu of combined $60,000 bail for the two sets of charges. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 12.
