2 Centre County residents charged with possession with intent to deliver

Two Centre County residents have been charged with conspiracy of possession with intent to deliver and other drug charges after an incident at 8 p.m. Friday on Fox Hill Road.

State police at Rockview investigated the report of suspicious individuals attempting to claim a suspicious package for a large amount of currency, according to a police release.

The individuals attempting to claim the package were Charles Robert Ball, 31, of Port Matilda, and Justin Charles Heimer, 30, of Bellefonte, according to police.

During the investigation, police found Ball was in possession of heroin and Heimer was in possession of drug paraphernalia and $3,600 worth of money orders.

The package, containing a large amount of suspected bath salts, was seized, according to police.

Ball and Heimer are awaiting arraignment at the Centre County Jail.
