A Texas man was arrested Friday in Ferguson Township on DUI-related charges.
Police say Humberto Lopez, 59, was driving with an expired and suspended license.
According to police, Lopez’s vehicle was “weaving in its lane” and crossing over the yellow line numerous times on Science Park Road and West College Avenue.
Police stopped Lopez along the 900 block of Blue Course Drive, according to the affidavit. Police observed that his eyes were watery and bloodshot and that his speech was slurred.

Court records indicate that Lopez told police he drank three or four beers.
After failing a series of standardized field sobriety tests, according to court documents, Lopez arrested and transported to Mount Nittany Medical Center.
A blood test revealed a blood alcohol content of .181, more than two times the legal limit, per the affidavit.
Lopez is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor, and three summary-grade traffic citations.
According to court documents, Lopez was unable to post bail, which was set at $7,500.
His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.
