Tyrone man faces drug, corruption of minors charges

A man was riding an off-road motorcycle when he was allegedly found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia, according to state police at Philipsburg.

Randy R. Eamigh Jr., 29, of Tyrone, was stopped at about 2:15 p.m. Monday on Sandy Ridge Trail in Rush Township. Police said in a release he was smoking suspected marijuana in front of his girlfriend and 8-year-old son, who were on ATVs. None of the vehicles were registered or insured, according to police.

Summons filed on Eamigh included paraphernalia drug charges, corruption of minors, driving under suspension, summary traffic citations and a game law violation, according to police.
