Jogger robbed on bike path; Ferguson police seek gunman

Ferguson Township police are seeking information in an alleged armed robbery Friday night.

According to police, a 26-year-old male college student said he was jogging at about 9:15 p.m. on the bike path at Havershire Boulevard when he was confronted by another male with a handgun. The fanny pack was found a short distance from the scene with all the contents, excluding money, police said.

The suspect is described by police as a black male, between 5 feet 10 inches and 6-feet tall, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and dark sweatpants.
