A Lewistown man was arrested on drug charges after a traffic stop last month in Bellefonte.
State police at Rockview said Tuesday morning that the incident happened in July.
According to the report, Stephon Brooks, 26, was stopped at the 300 block of Governors Park Road. During further investigation, police allegedly found Brooks in possession of synthetic marijuana, marijuana and other controlled substances.
Brooks said he’d been “selling the illegal substances,” according to police.

Brooks was charged with felony possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, three misdemeanors and four summary offenses.
