Student memories: Senior Andrew Cohen said one of his favorite memories from high school was when he made breakfast in the back of his statistics class while his fellow students were studying for finals. Cohen said his teacher, Michael Dalton, didn’t notice at first. “I brought a skillet in and plugged it in and started cooking. I sprayed Pam on it and he didn’t hear it.” Cohen said although the classroom was still quiet, he put the bacon on the skillet and his teacher still didn’t notice. “He probably started to smell it and then came back,” Cohen said. When Cohen was told to clean it up, he said, “Instead of putting things away, I flipped the bacon over and started cooking the other side.” Cohen said he was then sent to the office and he “ended up having to clean the cafeteria to prepare for the senior breakfast.”
