Penn State student accused of trespassing at Brill Hall

A man is in Centre County Correctional Facility after police say he trespassed at a Penn State dorm.

Penn State police responded to a call at Brill Hall Tuesday afternoon after a report that Olufemi Bamidele Agboola, 22, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was in the building earlier that day, according to the criminal complaint. He does not live there and only residents and visitors escorted by residents are permitted inside, police said. A witness reported that Agboola had previously stalked a resident of the building and would attempt to get inside her dorm room, police said.

Agboola is listed as an undergraduate student on the Penn State directory website. He is charged with felony criminal trespass, according to court documents. He was arraigned Tuesday night before District Judge Thomas Jordan, who set bail at $15,000. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.
