The Bryce Jordan Center has added four Garth Brooks shows to the two already scheduled for May 1-2.
The shows, which also feature Trisha Yearwood, were added after Brooks took note of the many fans visiting tickemaster.com once tickets became available Friday morning.
“Ten minutes into the sale Garth knew how many people were in the queue,” Bernie Punt, director of sales and marketing at the Bryce Jordan Center said
Punt said Brooks is attempting to curtail scalping and ensure that tickets get into the hands of fans. With the most recent total of performances up to six shows, Punt doesn’t foresee any additional times being scheduled.

“That six means that there’s going to be plenty of inventory for his fans,” Punt said.
Tickets for all six shows are currently available for $74.98 at ticketmaster.com and will be on sale Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Jordan Center box office. There is an eight-ticket limit per customer.
