As he left the courtroom, E. Marc Costanzo, senior deputy state attorney general, said there will be no plea bargain.
He said Jerry Sandusky waiving the preliminary hearing is helpful to the prosecution.
“This development we believe provides maximum protection to most importantly the victims in this case,” said Costanzo. “It avoids their having to testify for a second time. They will of course testify at a trial in the case.”
