Pennsylvania Supreme Court denies motion to delay Jerry Sandusky trial

The Supreme Court has denied the motion by Jerry Sandusky's attorney to delay his trial, which is scheduled to begin with jury selection Tuesday.

Sandusky's attorneys had filed the motion Friday after their request for a delay to the judge overseeing the case and the Superior Court for a delay were unsuccessful.
