A Dauphin County judge has entered an order in response to a motion filed by former Penn State athletic director Tim Curley.

President Judge Todd Hoover signed the order Monday, demanding that prosecutors in the case respond within 20 days.

The request relates to emails previously deleted but thought to have been recovered.

Curley, former Penn State president Graham Spanier and former vice president Gary Schultz are accused of perjury and conspiracy related to an alleged cover-up of the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse scandal.

All three men submitted similar motions earlier in the month. Spanier’s order was entered Sept. 11 and Schultz’s on Thursday.
