Recalling a photojournalism leader

I didn't know Ed Leos, although our paths should have crossed during my Penn State student days at Carnegie.

They certainly would have crossed these days, when print journalism majors like me should take photojournalism courses (and online courses for that matter),

Ed Leos led the way in photojournalism, and retired professor Tom Berner has posted a nice tribute to Leos in his new blog, the Spectator.

it's worth a read, and let's hope everybody in journalism is carrying a camera or has one nearby these days.
