BELLEFONTE — As police continue to investigate the disappearance of Centre County District Attorney Ray Gricar, a Web site set up by his family continues to attract visitors.
The site www.raygricar.com, which features several photos of Gricar and an e-mail address where the family can be reached, has been viewed by about 2,500 people since the beginning of June, according to Gricar's nephew Tony Gricar, who maintains the site.
"We've received 60 or so e-mails, many from people who have been helped by Ray over the years," he said.
The site, set up last month, also contains information on how to donate to the reward fund set up for information leading to Gricar's return or to the arrest of anyone criminally responsible for his disappearance. Sponsored by the Women's Resource Center and funded by Gricar's friends, family and associates, the reward fund currently totals about $10,000, according to family members.

Gricar was last heard from at about 11:30 a.m. April 15, when he called girlfriend and housemate Patty Fornicola and said he was taking a drive in the Brush Valley area. The red-and-white Mini Cooper he was driving was found in a Lewisburg parking lot.
Police are continuing to investigate the disappearance, according to Bellefonte police Detective Tom Thal. No new information has come in for the past several weeks, he said, although they continue to receive reports about possible sightings.
"We follow up on what we get," Thal said. "But right now, there's been nothing of value."
