Today I read “Don’t act surprised” by Adam Barsouk (CDT, 11/14). I want to thank him for taking the time and for pointing out to Democratic leadership one of the big reasons for the Democratic losses in this election cycle.
When the “dejected masses” replaced “mainstream media with the internet,” the Democrats lost their ability to communicate effectively.
I am not in the Democratic leadership, but would welcome further conversation with Adam or anyone else who has similar views but has been hesitant to put them in print for fear of being criticized.
