Although not his quote, he used it to remind us all that men and women need to stand by the truth.

Nothing has factually tied Joe Paterno to Jerry Sandusky’s actions. Sandusky is the guilty party — not Paterno, not the people of State College, not the students and not the football players.
Paterno’s entire record shows he valued education over wins.
Tearing him and his family down, tearing the community apart is what people who want to allow these injustices to stand are doing — not those fighting against evil.
