If Penn State wanted to raise awareness of healthy lifestyles instead of requiring a detailed questionnaire, it should have sent everyone a year’s subscription to the the Center for Science in the Public Interest’s Nutrition Action Healthletter.
It would have cost a fraction of the cost of the elaborate survey, and is the best periodical on healthy living there is — advertising-free, informative and thoroughly readable.
