Penn State’s Jan. 12 game against No. 17 Purdue will tip off at 3 p.m. at the Bryce Jordan Center, and will be shown on ESPN.
The game will be the No. 15 Lady Lions’ first appearance on the original ESPN since the 2003 NCAA Tournament, and the first regular-season game since 2001. The team is now scheduled to appear on national television 14 times during the regular season, the most in program history, including CBS, ESPN2 and the Big Ten Network.
Penn State begins its Big Ten schedule Jan. 5 at Iowa.
