Centre County League baseball: Philipsburg singles its way to win over Spring Mills

SPRING MILLS Philipsburg tallied 16 hits in its 10-3 victory over Spring Mills in a Centre County League game on Monday.

All of the Mounties’ hits were singles with Drew Bryan leading the way with four hits and two RBIs. Parker Watson, who added three hits and also drove in two runs, picked up the win on the mound for the Pirates.

The Braves managed to get 13 hits but were unable to score runners in the loss. Cody Young, Cody Lose, Mike Vogt and George Conklin each had two hits apiece.
