Penn State women’s lacrosse is following up its 2016 NCAA semifinalist run with a European Tour.
The 10-day tour began Wednesday and will span both Amsterdam and Greece. Matches begin against the Dutch National Team on Friday.
On Wednesday, June 8, the Nittany Lions will take part in an Introduction to Lacrosse with members of the Greek Special Olympics. They will also see the Parthenon, the rest of Athens, Delphi and Arachova as well as take part in a cultural gathering with the Green Men’s National Lacrosse Team.
The team is set to return Friday, June 10 to the United States.
