Penn State women’s hockey ties Boston University

Penn State skated to a 3-3 tie with Boston University in the Nittany Lions’ home opener on Friday at Pegula Ice Arena.

Laura Bowman and Amy Petersen recorded a goal and assist each and Bella Sutton also scored for Penn State (1-3-1).

Mary Parker, Alexis Crossley and Maddie Elia scored for the Terriers (2-1-1).

The teams meet again Saturday at Pegula Ice Arena.
