Oklahoma will be looking for a wrestling coach after this season.
Coach Jack Spates announced Wednesday that he's leaving the sport to pursue ministry work. Spates, 58, has coached the Sooners since 1993. The Sooners are 4-1 and ranked eighth this year.

Spates' son, Jeremy, is an assistant at top-ranked Cornell.
