Ability Athletes host Nittany Lion Challenge

Ability Athletes hosted the Nittany Lion Challenge on Friday and Saturday, and a handful of participants stood out.

In the mile competition, Brett Gravatt posted a notable time of 5 minutes, 01.01 seconds.

Meanwhile, Eric Doty topped all other competitors in the discus throw, tossing it 45.2 meters. Max Rohn, Shane Billings and Ed Bonfiglio posted distances of 43.41, 27.7 and 26.41 meters, respectively.

Outside the Nittany Lion Challenge, Sean Brame swam in the 2016 Jimi Flowers Classic in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Brame beat his career-best in the 400 freestyle by 15 seconds, posting a time of 7:33.32. He also competed in the 200 freestyle, 100 freestyle and 100 backstroke, recording times of 3:43.42, 1:49.55 and 2:11, respectively.
