Penn State women’s basketball annnounced its 2016-17 non-conference schedule on Wednesday, and its highlighted by a trip to the San Juan Shootout, eight home games and three away games.
The Lady Lions open the regular season on the road against Drexel on Nov. 11, and return home for contests against St. Peter’s University (Nov. 13), Akron (Nov. 16), Tennessee (Nov. 20) and St. Bonaventure (Nov. 22).
While in Puerto Rico for the San Juan Shootout, Penn State faces Georgia State (Nov. 25) and Georgetown (Nov. 26).
The Lady Lions return to the United States, traveling to Boston College for the ACC/Big Ten Challenge on Nov. 30, before returning home to play Marshall at the Bryce Jordan Center on Dec. 3.

Penn State goes back to New England for a road game against Holy Cross (Dec. 7) before coming back to the BJC to face Pittsburgh (Dec. 10), American University (Dec. 18) and Iona (Dec. 21).
