A familiar face in an unfamiliar uniform will pay a visit to Penn State as the Nittany Lion women’s soccer team set its spring exhibition schedule Thursday.
Maya Hayes, last season’s leading scorer, will accompany her new team, Sky Blue FC of the professional National Women’s Soccer League, for a match March 23. The time and site on campus of the contest has not yet been set.
Other spring games include Pittsburgh (March 1 at Holuba Hall), Villanova (March 29 at Jeffrey Field), St. John’s (April 5 at Jeffrey Field) and St. Francis (April 9 at Jeffrey Field).
