Penn State men’s soccer program announces signing

Collin Jouan, a Catonsville, Md., native, has signed with Penn State, the program announced Friday.

Jouan played for the Bethesda Lions and DC United club teams the last two years. The center midfielder is ranked a top 150 IMG recruit by TopDrawerSoccer.com.
