15 point first half dooms State College girls basketball

From CDT staff reports

A slow start doomed State College in a 54-42 loss to North Allegheny on Saturday.

The Lady Little Lions (4-9) scored 15 points in the first half and trailed by 12 at the break. It was just too big of a hole to climb out of.

Maya Bokunewicz led State College offensively with 15 points along with Taylor Love chipping in 13 points.

The Lady Tigers were led by a pair of 16-point performances from Piper Morningstar and Rachel Martindale.
